The latch on the window in room 362 was broken.thus preventing us from closing the window properly.this in turn let cold air and noise in.we didn’t have time to report this as we checked in an then left for an even,we arrived back late an then noticed the window latch,we left first thing in the morning also

Bathroom was lovely, great shower. Rooms very basic,beds and pillows not that comfy. Close to the DLR.
The fire alarm was set off at 3:30 am, apparently due to someone smoking in there room? !

Tiny bathroom and extremely small shower and both woke with sore back due to the uncomfortable beds

Great location for visiting excel. Great breakfast included for the price.
Water pressure was poor and noisy inconsiderate guests coming in during the night.
